Kelly Frank
Kelly came to work here at Allen Property Group after working for PacCom Management Services in Watsonville for the past 20 years where she served as their controller, accounting supervisor and associate property manager. Kelly was born in Santa Cruz and has remained living in Aptos. Kelly currently holds a California Bureau of Real Estate Sales Agent’s License and is a licensed California Public Notary.
