Aldrin Herrera
Aldrin Herrera is a Residential Operations Manager for Allen Property Group. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and operations for residential properties throughout Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties.
With more than fourteen year of property management experience Aldrin had developed strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and is also bilingual.
He is responsible for initiating and following up on the completion of work orders for maintenance staff, overseeing accounts receivable/payable and communications with vendors and tenants.
